    Births Bumps and Babies is a full antenatal education, including a free hypnobirthing workshop. It’ll prepare you physically, mentally and emotionally for your labour, birth and postpartum.

    You won’t just learn all the important (evidence-based) antenatal info, you’ll also come away armed with the skills to navigate any hurdles that pop up along the way.
    We’ll also build your confidence around decision-making- you have so much choice in birth.
    On top of that, we’ll prepare you for life with a tiny human. No idea how to change a nappy or calm an overtired baby? Don’t worry, I’ve got you! As a mum of a gorgeous toddler, I’ve got plenty of tips.

    Your choices in birth- where, when and how
    Creating your birth environment (includes abdominal births)
    Making informed decisions
    Handling induction and intervention
    How to be a brilliant birth partner

    Positions to help you birth your baby
    Welcoming baby- what do we do now?
    Planning for life as a new family.

    Plus, you’ll get: WBC handouts, a gorgeous goody bag (inc. Water Wipes and Weleda), relaxation clips, access to the WBC library, and on-going WhatsApp support.

    1:1 sessions take place in-person or online. Dates and times flexible.

  • 1:1 Birth Essentials Workshop

    Think of this as your 'whistle stop' birth prep tour. You’ll come away with more confidence and a nice little toolkit to use during birth.

    Perfect if you’re already booked on to another antenatal course, you’ve left things a bit late, or you’re expecting your ‘next’ baby.
    Approx 4 hours of learning. Evidence-based, empowering and fun.

    You’ll learn:
    -How birth works.
    -How to create a positive birth environment (even for abdominal births).
    -Overcoming your fears.
    -Pain management tools and techniques
    -Informed choice
    -Birth Rights
    -Birth partner tips.

    Plus: WBC handouts, relaxation clips, a gorgeous goody bag and on-going WhatsApp support.
